Seller was quickly responsive to questions about the thread and sizing, sent mock ups, and the hat arrived on time and looks great! Was a little big (I was in between sizes, went up to XL), but I washed and dried it, it shrunk just enough, and held up just fine. Not sure how durable it would be with regular washing, but I found it's sturdy enough to go through the washer at least twice.
