Embroidered Dad Hats is based in Duncanville, Texas USA. Packages are currently shipped via USPS.
Processing and Handling
We’re always working to get your orders to you as quickly as possible! Most orders ship out within 2 business days. We’ll let you know right away with an email when your order is on its way. You’ll find a couple of shipping options when you check out:
Standard Ground Shipping takes about 5-7 business days, and you can choose to have it shipped in a polybag or a box.
For a faster delivery, we also offer Priority Mail, which is boxed and typically arrives in 2-3 business days. Just to let you know, we use USPS for all of our shipping!
Package not received
We do our best to get your order to you on time, but we can’t guarantee a specific delivery date. If your tracking hasn't updated in a while or if you haven’t seen your package arrive by the estimated delivery date shown on your tracking, please reach out to us right away. It’s easiest to start by checking your tracking information, but we’re here to help if you’re still missing it.
We do not ship to
APO/FPO/DPO addresses and addresses outside the USA at the moment.
