When will I get my order?

We’re always working to get your orders to you as quickly as possible! Most orders ship out within 2 business days. We’ll let you know right away with an email when your order is on its way. You’ll find a couple of shipping options when you check out:

Standard Ground Shipping takes about 5-7 business days, and you can choose to have it shipped in a polybag or a box.

For a faster delivery, we also offer Priority Mail, which is boxed and typically arrives in 2-3 business days. Just to let you know, we use USPS for all of our shipping!

How can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before the shipment has been processed. Please email us immediately with your order number and reason for cancellation.

How can I make a return?

Everything we make is made to order, so it’s a final sale. We totally get that sometimes things don’t arrive exactly as expected. 

If you get the wrong item or something’s not quite right, shoot us an email with your order number and some photos of the problem. The clearer the photos, the better we can sort it out for you. Please take a good look at your order when it arrives and let us know right away if anything’s wrong. We want to make things right as quickly as possible!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Google Pay & Apple Pay. Your orders are processed securely through Shopify.
