Amazing quality, just was I asked for! Messaged him on the side for a custom order and he made it so so smooth and easy. I absolutely love it!
This is my second time ordering the same hat and custom design. The first was my favorite hat ever and I wore it until the black faded and sun baked to a faded brown. I ordered a new one and they delivered with the exact same fit and design, down to the size of the logo. Customer service is great and very personable. Any time I need a custom hat I will come here, because the base dad hat they use fit my head in a way no other hat I have found does.
I ordered a custom hat and worked with Richard on the design direction. Just received my hat and it is incredible! I’ll definitely be ordering additional custom pieces.
