When will I get my order?
• If you live in the USA and choose First Class Mail at checkout, your order will be delivered in 5-7 business days. Priority Mail orders are delivered in 3-4 business days.

• Shipments to Canada are delivered in 12-15 business days.

• Shipments to the Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Iceland, Italy, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, United Kingdom, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand are delivered in 15-25 business days. Customs/import fees may apply. (Please keep up with tracking when it is provided via email).

Can I cancel my order?
Orders that have not been processed can be cancelled and refunded fully. Please visit our contact page immediately.

Can I return an item?
Everything in my shop is made to order and all sales are final. However, if you receive a defective item or the wrong item please visit our contact page and let us know within 30 days of delivery.

Is this website safe?
Yes! All payments on my website are processed securely by Shopify. If for any reason you don't feel safe purchasing from me on this website please feel free to check out My Etsy Shop. Prices are higher there due to listing and selling fees associated with that platform and some items may not be available on my Etsy shop that are available here.
